Instructors

Mark Northam

Principal Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent

Mark Northam is Principal Instructor at Migration Law Training and is admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and admitted to the High Court of Australia. Mark is Principal Solicitor at Northam Lawyers, co-host of The Migration Show, and is a Registered Migration Agent for Australia (MARN 1175508),

Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Macquarie University, Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, Graduate Certificate in Australia Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University, and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Taxation) from the University of Houston. Mark has published a variety of articles on immigration regulations including articles published by LexisNexis and others.

Sergio Zanotti Stagliorio

Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent

Sergio Zanotti Stagliorio is admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia and is also a Registered Migration Agent for Australia (MARN 1461003). Sergio holds a Juris Doctor from Sydney University, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, and Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from the Australian National University. Before becoming a lawyer and migration agent, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and worked in the Information Technology industry.

In addition to teaching at Migration Law Training, Sergio publishes Migration Law Updates, an industry leading news publication for migration professionals.

Monica Gruszka

Registered Migration Agent and Law Clerk

Monica Gruszka is a Registered Migration Agent for Australia (MARN 1795131) and is completing her law degree. She holds Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from the Australian National University. Before becoming a registered migration agent, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and worked in the fitness industry.

In addition to teaching at Migration Law Training, Monica is co-host along with Mark Northam of The Migration Show, a podcast for immigration professionals.

Bridget Liu

Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent

Bridge Liu is an Australian Legal Practitioner admitted to practice in the State of New South Wales and in the Commonwealth of Australia.  She was also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of High Court of New Zealand.

Bridget has practiced extensively in the area of Australian Immigration law for eight years.  Bridget is also an Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1069176) and Member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA 5072). Bridget has a keen interest in providing sound, efficient migration advice with her analytical mind. Bridget is fluent in Mandarin and English.
